Corporation as a Construction Superintendent working on Multi Tennant Improvement Projects pulling and closing construction permits. Performing Site visits,

construction locations. With my knowledge of commercial interior build outs
and remodeling. I was in charge of managing and overseeing the construction
of commercial space to accommodate new equipment and offices, road
construction, installation of fiber and communications to new structures.
This entailed all phases of construction from the
ground up from engineering to paint. March 2012 to March 2014 EXI-Parsons as
a Construction Manager/Superintendent. Overseeing
construction on the T-Mobile LTE Project in the Houston area. §

Commercial Interior Build Outs and tenant improvement’s simultaneously
utilizing multiple crafts and crews to maintain a short and strict
completion date for UMTS, LTE, and maintenance projects primarily for ATT. § Managed projects totaling $10
million, for several known large wireless
company over five years. §
Commercial
interior remodeling and tenant improvement this required managing
construction of new spaces in a occupied commercial setting to accommodate
new Telecommunication equipment and offices. This also included many industrial types of construction
projects to fill in gaps in cell phone coverage. With my knowledge of interior build outs and remodeling. I was
overseeing the construction of commercial space to accommodate new
equipment. · Worked closely with site acquisition and the tower owners
to insure the correct installation process. · Maintained a strict level of safety and quality required
by the company and customer. NOTE: Both of these projects required working closely with leasing and
others to make sure we stayed in the designated areas (Right of Way) for
installing new cable and dealing with all of the unknowns that go with it. November 2006 to February 2008 EXI-Parsons as
a Construction Superintendent. Overseeing
construction on the T-Mobile UMTS Project in Dallas then transferred to the
Denver Colorado Market to get it back in productivity for the UMTS Project
launch date. I was the only Superintendent for the IDEN/CDMA Consolidation
Project in the Region with this accomplishment record. November 2004 to February 2006 O’Donnell/
Snyder Construction. I was task with managing multiple Multi Tennant construction locations
simultaneously. Some of my accomplishments with O’Donnell/Snyder was a
full three floor build out over one hundred thousand Sq. ft. each. § Managed projects valued $2 to 3.5 million at multiple construction locations simultaneously. Some
